Scheduling Your Appointment:
To ensure that you receive the best possible service it is recommended that schedule your next appointment before leaving the Salon or Spa.
Unable to keep Your Appointment:
We understand that unforseen things happen that may result in a cancelation, however we respectfully request that you give us at least a 24 hour notice.
Running Late:
Scheduling is done so the stylists, and spa personel can adequately service their clients in any given day. Clients running late may cause a ripple effect that may affect all the other clients that day. We respectfully request that you call ahead to see if the service provider can fit you in, or if you may have to reschedule.
Gratuties:
Gratuties are not provided for in any service prices. We will be pleased to assist you with any gratuties if you so desire.
FOR YOUR SPA COMFORT
Cell Phones & Pagers:
We respectfully ask that cell phones be turned off or placed on virbrate mode while in the spa.
Children in the Spa:
It is our goal to provide a quiet spa atomsphere. Children with appointments are welcomed in the spa.
Waxing Services:
We offer a variety of waxing services. To minimize irration, please no sun tanning 24 hours before or after a waxing service. 1/4 inch of growth is needed for effective hair removal.
